What it is
What is Embroidery?
Embroidery uses high-density thread to stitch your design directly into the garment. It has the most premium hand-feel of any branding method and is the gold standard for corporate uniforms, caps, polos and varsity jackets where a tactile, elevated finish matters.
We use 12-needle Tajima industrial machines that handle up to 12 thread colours per pass. Embroidery survives the entire lifetime of the garment — it does not crack, peel or fade.
How it is done
The embroidery process
- Digitisation. Your artwork is converted into a stitch file (.dst) with stitch direction, density and thread colours mapped.
- Hooping. Garment is clamped between embroidery hoops to keep it taut.
- Stitch run. The Tajima machine runs the program; thread colours auto-change.
- Trim & QC. Loose threads are trimmed; the back is checked for clean stitching.
