What it is
What is Rubber Printing?
Rubber printing lays a thick, slightly raised, rubber-feel ink onto the garment. It produces a 3D-textured print that you can feel with your fingertips — great for streetwear logos, varsity numbers and high-impact branding where a tactile finish matters.
How it is done
The rubber printing process
- Screen prep. A coarser screen is used to lay a thicker ink film.
- Print. Rubber-based ink is screen-printed onto the garment.
- Cure. Garment is cured under high heat to set the rubber layer.
