This policy explains what GepX (a brand of Gepton, registered at B14, Sainik Farm — IGNOU Road, Neb Sarai, Saket, New Delhi 110068) collects, why we collect it, how we use it and the choices you have. By using www.gepx.in, placing an order, opening an account or talking to us on WhatsApp / email, you agree to this policy.
1. What we collect
- Account & contact — name, email, phone, organisation, billing & shipping address, GSTIN if you supply one.
- Order data — items, sizes, quantities, custom-print artwork you upload, payment method.
- Payment — handled by Razorpay or by direct UPI / bank transfer. We never store your card or full bank credentials on our servers.
- Device & usage — IP, browser, pages visited, basic analytics signals (used for fraud prevention and improving the site).
2. How we use it
- To fulfil and ship your order, generate invoices, and notify you about progress.
- To respond to enquiries, requests for quotes, and support tickets.
- To send transactional email (order confirmation, dispatch, delivery, invoice). You can opt out of marketing email at any time — transactional email remains required for service.
- To run the website securely, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations under Indian law.
3. Sharing
We share data with the minimum number of partners required to run the business — courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DHL, FedEx, DTDC, India Post), payment processors (Razorpay), and tax authorities when required. We never sell your data.
4. Storage & security
Your account is protected with email-based one-time passwords. Server data is stored on encrypted disks with daily off-site backups. Custom-print artwork is retained for 12 months after the order ships, then archived.
5. Your rights
Email hello@gepx.in to access, correct or delete your data, or to download your order history. We respond within 7 working days.
6. Cookies
We use a small set of first-party cookies for login state, theme preference and cart persistence. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Children
GepX is intended for customers above 18 years of age (or organisations represented by an adult).
8. Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will email registered customers and post a notice on this page for 30 days.
