Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective from 1 May 2026.
1. Cancellation window
- Ready-stock orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing — full refund (less payment-gateway charges, if any) within 5 business days.
- Cut-and-stitch / custom-printed orders can be cancelled only before production is queued (typically within 24 hours). Once production starts, cancellation is not possible.
- Cancellation requests reach us fastest on WhatsApp at +91 90-991-991-06 quoting your order number.
2. Returns & replacements
Custom-printed merchandise is non-returnable except in the following scenarios:
- Manufacturing defect or wrong product shipped — we reprint or refund 100% (your choice).
- Damaged in transit — share unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp; we replace or refund 100%.
- Wrong size / wrong design approved by you — covered by you, we are happy to assist with a top-up reprint at the original print rate.
3. Refund modes
Refunds are processed in one of three modes — your choice on the cancellation form:
- Original payment method — credited back to the original card / UPI / bank account in 5–7 business days.
- GepX Wallet — instant credit to your wallet, redeemable on any future order. Earn 2% extra when you choose this mode.
- Cash / direct bank transfer — for direct-UPI / bank-transfer orders, refunded by NEFT to your nominated account in 3–5 business days.
4. Damaged-in-transit claim
Open the parcel on camera. If even a single piece is damaged or missing, share the unboxing footage on WhatsApp within 48 hours. Claims received later are evaluated on a best-effort basis.
