What it is
What is Vinyl Printing?
Vinyl printing uses a CNC plotter to cut your design out of pre-coloured vinyl sheets, which are then heat-pressed onto the garment. It produces ultra-bold, ultra-clean blocks of colour with razor-sharp edges — perfect for jersey numbers, names and bold logos.
Vinyl is the go-to method for personalised garments (one-off names + numbers per piece), athletic jerseys and metallic / glitter finishes that no other method can produce.
How it is done
The vinyl printing process
- Plotter cut. Vinyl sheet is loaded; the CNC plotter cuts your design.
- Weeding. Negative space around the design is peeled off by hand.
- Heat press. Vinyl is pressed at 150°C for 15 seconds; carrier sheet is peeled.
When to pick this method

👀 Things to keep in mind
- Single colour per piece (multi-colour needs multiple presses)
