Terms & Conditions

Effective from 1 May 2026.

By placing an order, opening an account or browsing www.gepx.in you agree to these terms. GepX is a brand of Gepton (registered office: B14, Sainik Farm — IGNOU Road, Neb Sarai, Saket, New Delhi 110068). Gepton owns and operates this website.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 years or older (or represent a registered organisation). Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us immediately on hello@gepx.in if you suspect misuse.

2. Pricing & taxes

  • All prices are in INR and are exclusive of GST unless stated. GST at 5% applies on apparel as per Indian tax law.
  • Prices on the catalog page apply to bulk orders meeting the listed minimum order quantity (MOQ). Tier discounts are auto-applied at checkout based on quantity.
  • Custom artwork, label-changes, special packaging, embroidery and rush charges are quoted separately.

3. Order acceptance

An order is confirmed only after we receive 60% advance for ready-stock items, or 100% advance for cut-and-stitch / custom-printed items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — full refund is processed within 5 business days in such cases.

4. Custom artwork & branding

You confirm that any artwork you upload is owned by you, or you have explicit licence to use it. GepX is not liable for IP claims arising from customer-supplied artwork. Approved artwork is kept on file for 12 months.

5. Quality & inspection

Every batch is inspected at three stages — fabric, post-stitch and post-print. Industry-standard tolerances apply (size +/- 1 inch, colour fastness 4–5 on AATCC scale). Quantity tolerance: +/- 2% on bulk orders above 500 pcs.

6. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or business-loss damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are emailed to registered customers and posted here for 30 days before they take effect.
