What it is
What is Plastisol Printing?
Plastisol is the most widely-used screen-print ink in the world — a PVC-based ink that delivers vivid, opaque, long-lasting prints on virtually any fabric. It is the default ink for traditional screen-printing jobs and is what most "screen-printed" tees you own actually use.
How it is done
The plastisol printing process
- Standard screen-print process with plastisol ink mixed to your Pantone code.
- Cure at 165°C for 60 seconds — plastisol gels and bonds permanently.
